As One Wellness invites you to discover the benefits of meditation as a path for cultivating mind-heart-body awareness and well-being.

As One Meditation:  Combines physical exercise, meditation, and knowledge to expand your body, mind, and heart bringing you to states of pure consciousness, bliss.  Easy yogic postures serve the body by removing negative toxins to help raise the energy level. The heart and mind expand through yogic philosophy and the practice of meditation.  Yogic philosophy is weaved throughout twenty-one minutes of movement, twenty-one minutes of meditation (breathing techniques, guided and silent meditation) and 3 minutes of journaling.  You will leave the mat balanced, nourished, and refreshed, as one.

Tantric Sex Psychoeducation/Meditation Group:  Afternoon closed-group practice focusing on tantric sex over an 8 week series opening to the freshness of the present moment.  Participants are asked to purchase "The Way of the Superior Man" A Spiritual Guide to Mastering the Challenges of Women, Work, and Sexual Desire.  Starting week of March 21, 2021.

I work with couples who are having to redefine, redesign, and reevaluate their relationship, especially sexually.  Physical touch, affection, and emotional connection happen on rare occasions, if at all. 


Couples that I have helped expressed feeling like the other's priority, again. These same couples are consciously touching, dating, and having fulfilling sex lives.  Lovers don't feel threatened when there is a misunderstanding, but rather are able to respond in a way that allows the two to stay deeply connected, as one.
